Brindley Gate
Brindley gate is a development of eight executive family homes, located in a village setting in rural Staffordshire. The client approached us to amend an existing planning consent for the land and manage the scheme through construction.
The previously consented application failed to address issues with a gas main easement and a storm drain. The client also wanted to alter the style and design of the properties to better suit their brand.
We worked closely with Statutory Authorities, the Local Planning Authority and the client to develop a proposal that satisfied all involved, and was similar enough to the existing consent to be considered a planning amendment.
